Eli R. Green is an award-winning national trainer & consultant, specializing in transgender diversity and inclusion.  Eli has helped thousands of people to have a greater understanding of gender and sexual diversity, and his SIEO Gender & Sexuality Model has been used in college classrooms and professional trainings for over ten years.  As a researcher, Eli is currently evaluating the effectiveness of transgender-related education at reducing prejudice towards transgender and gender non-conforming people.   He teaches several undergraduate & graduate courses in NY, NJ, and PA, and is completing his PhD in Sexuality Studies at Widener University.
